Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within Egypt.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery in real time.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available on all orders across Egypt.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our shipping partner will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts the order will be returned. Reshipping fees will apply.
